« Mika » My love!

Here is a law which, on paper, is ahead of the existing laws in many advanced economies. This law 77-15 banning the manufacturing, importation, exportation, commercialization and usage of plastic bags, popularly known as «Mika» among the Moroccans. For example, in France, the total ban on the usage of plastic bags will be implemented in July 2017, the Moroccan legislation took the bull by the horns, applying at once a total ban. Evidently the temporary closeness of the COP 22 has nothing to do with it, our country needs to give an example as a host before its guest. In reality, the effective application of this new law is far from being acquired. First, let us look at the products specifically targeted by this new legislation. « Mika », of which its usage is henceforth prohibited, is defined by the legislator as follows…
