Tight security for APM Terminals Tangier

APM Terminals Tangier, one of the operators of the Tangier Med port, just received, on May 11, the National prize of Security at Work in the “Grand Service Organization” category.A distinction that recognizes the performance of management of health and safety within the company,which, to reiterate, had already won the award in 2009.Indeed, the company has managed to increase its safety indicators by lowering its accident frequency rate from 13.2 in 2009 to 0.94 in 2014.This without counting the actions of prevention and awareness, including the Fatal 5 campaign that aims to raise awareness of the five most important risks in a Terminal.
